Tim Fleming is an endurance-sports coach focusing on evidence-based training recommendations through science and exercise testing. Tim is co-owner of Endurance Performance Training Center in Mill Valley where he leads the physiological testing lab, coaching & eCycling programs.
Dorette Franks is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the head of nutrition services at Endurance Performance Training Center in Mill Valley. She is a Health Education Instructor II, USA Triathlon and USA Track & Field Certified Level I Coach. Dorette's key specialties as a dietitian include sports nutrition, weight management, and disease prevention.
